  • Reduced finished goods inventory levels by over 50% through improved coordination with sales and finished goods manufacturers at $3M consumer goods company

Project / Program Management

Experience

  • Manage executive team program for a Logistics Provider company consisting of 54 individual projects
  • Managed implementing multiple modules of a transportation Management System globally
  • Managed global program for a large multi-national consumer products company consisting of 160 sites implementing systems and processes, delivered on time and under budget. 
  •  Managed integration of multiple sites for a large Consumer Products Manufacturer-Integration included converting the sites to SAP and Red Prairie warehouse management system; server consolidation and shut down, records archiving; LAN line & circuit set up and shipping lanes set up and movement of production lines 
  • Established integration program plan to integrate 8 European sites of an acquired company into a US based company’s European network
    Lead all mapping and matching activity needed to migrate to a new ERP and/or Warehouse management system
  • Lead cross functional resources through identifying information technology needs (Demand Management, Supply Chain Management, Replenishment, Warehouse Management Systems)
  • Manage budgeting and managing procurement of all needed infrastructure and/or equipment needed to support new systems 

Strategy Deployment

Experience

 Designed, managed and led review of the monthly supply chain scorecard for the senior management team at a $1B global jewelry company. Greatly simplified the inputs, and measures to ensure measures showed if the departments were on track.  Served as a member of the leadership team at 3 plants at a Fortune 500 consumer products manufacturer, establishing 1-3 year goals, strategy and measure. Also lead a global strategy bridging technology and business strategies through establishing and leading multiple global initiatives. Led senior management teams through establishment of vision, corporate focus for 1-5 year goals, deployment and management of initiatives to achieve the corporate goals while ensuring proper measures and driving ownership.
